Prices in USD, plus applicable tax. For churches in the 50 US states and Washington, DC; US territories are excluded for now. Annual billing costs eleven monthly-price equivalents, with twelve monthly allowance grants. Outside the First 50, churches above 1,000 average weekly attendees or needing independent streams need a custom quote. First 50 founder pricing continues while continuously subscribed. Personal Plus subscriptions are separate.

30Days to begin

A full chosen-plan trial allowance.

Every cohort receives 30 days free with one full chosen-plan allowance. The trial allowance does not reset at a calendar-month boundary. The first paid period starts the next allowance. First 50: five base packages plus one banked bonus during the trial. Next 50: six packages. Standard: five packages. One paired package is one accepted message for adult content, children's content or both.

Payment details are required at checkout. Review the selected monthly or annual price, tax, billing dates, and terms before accepting. Recurring billing follows that accepted contract unless canceled. An inquiry starts no trial or subscription.

Allowances, founder terms, and cancellation

One paired package means one accepted message for adult content, children's content or both. First-50 bonuses bank up to 12, with no expiry during continuous subscription; accrual pauses at the cap. Use at most two banked bonuses per allowance month, after the five base packages, for at most seven base-and-bonus packages. Purchased extras sit outside this limit and require verified payment. Other cohorts have no rollover. Purchased credits keep their separate historical policy. Extra purchases are unavailable in this preview. Reaching a limit never authorizes a charge.

Extra paired packages cost $10 each plus applicable tax. Purchased extras are separate from the included allowance and founder bonus cap, and are used after included packages and eligible bonuses. Purchase requires explicit confirmation and verified payment; it is unavailable here.

After account creation and email verification, an available first-50 place is reserved, then a next-50 place. One reservation per church, with a 48-hour hold that pauses while awaiting our church approval. The exact cohort, price, benefits and deadline are shown before payment details. Completing trial checkout in time secures the accepted offer. An inquiry does not reserve a place or start a trial.

Annual cancellation stops renewal; access and monthly allowance grants continue through the paid year. After the 30-day free trial, there are no routine prorated annual refunds. Exceptions apply for billing errors, required refunds and service we cannot deliver.

Cancel anytime with no remaining-year debt. Banked founder bonuses remain usable through paid-through membership, subject to the monthly redemption cap, then expire when membership ends. Rejoining after a subscription ends loses founder eligibility. Reversing a scheduled cancellation before it ends preserves continuity.

If a subscription payment fails, you have 14 days to fix it while your founder rate and bonus bank are protected. New generation pauses until payment succeeds; published sermons remain readable. Bonus expiry requires both the recovery window to end and subscription termination to be confirmed. Purchased extra credits remain separate under their historical policy.

Enrollment and purchases remain closed. This page reserves no place, starts no trial, and creates no charge. Existing enrollments and purchased credits keep their accepted contracts.

What does a church plan include?

Both apps. First 50 churches receive five paired packages plus one banked bonus each monthly allowance period; Next 50 receive six packages; Standard receives five. Prices and attendance bands are shown above. Personal Plus subscriptions are separate.

Will our church review the materials?

Yes. The planned workspace gives your team separate review steps for adult and children’s materials before you choose what to publish.

Can we add livestreams and church events?

Livestreams and events are coming soon. They will sit alongside sermons in a future update; they aren’t in the apps yet.

Can we enroll today?

Enrollment and checkout are in preparation. Send an inquiry below so we can talk about your church. The inquiry creates no account, starts no trial, and collects no payment.

Is Group Study included?

Group Study is a separate Plus feature and isn’t open yet. A church plan doesn’t replace an individual Plus subscription.

Can we try the apps first?

Yes. Sermon Sidekick is free on the App Store and Google Play, and My Pew Pal is on the App Store. Links are on the download page.
